This is what 328 student musicians (2 honor choirs, an honor string orchestra, and an honor band) filling the stage, the risers and space in front of the stage, and the mezanine arms on both sides rising to the balcony performing Battle Hymn of the Republic together to conclude this year's UND Honor Bands Choirs and Strings Festival looks like. The Chester Fritz is absolutely full of incredible sound. What a great opportunity for students to be part of an event like this, your support of the Cavalier School music program and its talented students is much appreciated and enables our students to pursue chances to showcase their skills and expand their musical experiences. Thank you!

Two Cavalier High School students will be performing in this afternoon's UND Honor Bands Choirs and Strings Festival from 1:30-4:00 at the Chester Fritz Auditorium on the University of North Dakota campus with hundreds of other auditioned studentsfrom around North Dakota and surrounding states. The event will be livestreamed on https://arts-sciences.und.edu/academics/music/stream.html
Please watch this incredible concert and support our talented young musicians!
We at Cavalier Public School would like to formally apologize for the unintentional posting of student grade percentages included in the announcement of the 'A' and 'B' Honor roll article in the January 18, 2023 issue of The Cavalier Chronicle. This unfortunate error in submission of the article is not in compliance with privacy expectations of student record policies and law. We regret this happened and will ensure privacy safeguards are in place for the future. What was meant to be a celebration of academic success, may not have turned out that way. We deeply apologize for this mistake and will self-report this incident through the proper channels.
