Students in Mrs. Hay's class worked on stability and change in science this week. They had to assemble and disassemble Lego buildings while drawing and giving characteristics of each building.

Today, 5th graders enjoyed a “book tasting”, allowing them to be exposed to books of certain genres as a way to broaden reading preferences. Many books were recorded as future reads. A few of the books were even checked out before the end of the day. Also, this may have been the quietest class period ever!

The Middle School & High School Christmas Spirit Pep Rally was a jolly good time of musical chairs, a ‘snowball’ fight, finish the Christmas lyrics, build a gingerbread house, & make a snowman. Santa even helped out! Well done participants & Merry Christmas!

Christmas Spirit Week Plaid Day!
Today is Pajama Day

With the three school days missed last week because of the winter storm, we have decided on what days will be our make up days. We will have school for all students and staff on January 3rd, February 17th, and March 17th. Our school has a couple of options with either make up days or using virtual learning for any future storm days. Feel free to contact us at the school if you have any questions.

Congratulations to Rylen Burgess on scoring 1000 career points!
